Quick Start Instructions

  1. Install the software using the above button.

  2. Plug name badge into your computer using the included cord.

  3. Open the software.

  4. Input desired message into text boxes (up to 3).

  5. Send your message to the name badge using the top right button labeled "Send to Badge".

  6. Attach to your clothing using the magnet or pin.

 

General Tips

  1. The buttons on the side of the badge are for turning it on/off and adjusting the brightness. The top button is power, the bottom is brightness.

  2. The cord provided also charges the device.

Troubleshooting Tips 

  1. Wait a few minutes and try turning it back on again.

  2. Charge it for a few minutes.

  3. Try a new Mini USB charging cable.

  4. Plug it into another PC.

  5. Reload the software.
